1. General provisions
The website is only responsible for the written contract with the customer. The contract between the customer and the online store is valid if the customer accepts the delivery conditions. After acceptance of the order, the customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The order is considered completed when the conditions of the online pharmacy are accepted by the customer. From that moment, the contract can be considered valid.
2. Assortment and availability of goods
All products offered on our site are generally available. However, if the ordered merchandise is not currently in stock, our pharmacy will report it.
3. Description of the goods
Our online pharmacy states that the product image on the page does not always match the actual product. This, for example, can be related to the design of the page or for advertising purposes. Product information or product descriptions should not be construed as a guarantee of special product properties.
4. Price, payment term and late payment
Invoices must be paid within 14 working days from the date of invoice. If the customer does not pay the invoice during this period, it means late payment. Our online store’s customer service team then contacts the customer by phone or email within 7 working days to see if the order is still relevant.
5. Cost of delivery
€ 18.00 – Ordinary delivery, 12-16 working days
Delivery times start from the date of payment for the order. Unpredictable events outside the sphere of influence of the online store, such as war, natural disasters, unrest, release the company from the obligation to deliver on time or provide services in general. Delivery times are extended and transferred to the duration of unforeseeable events. We inform the customer about this. If such an event lasts longer than 14 working days, either party may terminate the contract. In this case, the amount paid will be returned to the customer.
We also inform the customer of any changes in delivery times.
7. Right of return
The customer can withdraw from the contract in writing within 14 days without giving reasons.
8. Consequences of return
In the event of termination of the contract, the services and goods received must be returned. If the customer cannot return the products or services received in whole or in part or only in an aggravated condition, he must pay compensation. Return shipping is free for the customer.
The right to reimbursement does not apply in the following cases, unless otherwise agreed by the parties:
- Perishable products.
- Individually sealed merchandise which cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
- Individually produced products that clearly correspond to the individual needs of the consumer.
This includes drugs. As after delivery, we cannot verify if the handling of the medicine was correct, it will not be sold afterwards. For this reason, the return option is excluded for drugs.
9. Return of goods
European drug laws prohibit the return of prescription drugs. The customer can still exercise his right of return under § 7.
10. Reservation of seller’s property up to full payment
Until full payment, the products ordered remain the property of the online store.
The Internet shop is only liable for defects in the goods if they have been used in accordance with their purpose and instructions. The store is responsible for defects if they are caused by improper packaging in the store. For defects caused during delivery, the responsibility is borne by the delivery service.
